The Sweetest Couple

This is Karen and James. Their wedding is May 16th. I can hardly wait. It will be a mix of several cultures. She is from Argentina and her family is coming for the wedding. James' grandmother is Cherokee and there will be Cherokee traditions included in the wedding. It will be an outdoor wedding at a beautiful location here in SW Indiana. Here's a link to their engagement gallery.

Tulip Blush

I'm still enjoying my little bouquet of tulips. They are starting to open up. The weathers been so warm, I'm expecing tulips to start popping up all over my garden. I planted so many things last fall that my flower bed should be gorgeous this year. I hope everything makes it ok.

Two Barns - No Sunset

I was hoping to see a pretty sunset today. Nope, just plain clear skies. These two barns are at the end of our road just on the other side of the highway.

It's Spring in Wadesville!

Don't I wish! I've felt so crappy the past few days, I needed something to brighten me up. What better than my own bouquet of tulips?

From The Dreams Of A Child

I thought Austin was asleep and I lay down beside him.

"Yes Austin."

"When the Vikings came to America in their ships the T-Rex was too much for them and they had to leave." But when they left there was a volcano that exploded and it killed all the dinosaurs, even the T-Rex. Then the lava ran down to the ocean and made a big crack in the bottom of the ocean. A whirlpool sucked all the ocean dinosaurs and the pirates into it and they were gone too. The pirates treasure is on the bottom of the ocean and some day we might be able to find it."

"Oh really, that would be nice."

He was sound asleep. Sleep well my beautiful little boy.
